Refund & Return Policy

We aim to provide a smooth and transparent after-sales experience. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities. For any refund, return, or replacement requests, contact us at veloragood@gmail.com.


🕒 Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order within 12–24 hours of placing it.

  • After this window, the order is processed and cannot be canceled or refunded, even if it hasn't shipped yet.


Refunds or Replacements — Our Responsibility

We will resend the product or issue a full refund (product + shipping) in the following situations:

  • Lost Parcels: Tracking number hasn’t updated for more than 30 days.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: Report within 7 days of receipt with video evidence showing the issue.

  • Wrong Item Shipped: If we send the incorrect product.

  • Non-Functional Product: If the item doesn’t work as intended, you're eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee from the delivery date.


🚚 Replacements — Customer’s Responsibility

We can resend the product, but the customer must cover the product and shipping costs if:

  • The shipping address provided was incorrect, and the package is returned.

  • The parcel was not picked up and is returned to our warehouse.

  • The tracking shows “Delivered”, but the customer claims it wasn’t received.

  • More than 3 months have passed since the order shipped (tracking expires after 3 months).

Note: Redelivery from our overseas warehouse is available for a $8 flat fee per order.


No Refunds in the Following Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The order is canceled after 12–24 hours of being placed.

  • The parcel has shipped and cannot be intercepted.

  • The item is received but the customer simply doesn’t like the style.

  • The product is not damaged, but only the box is damaged.

  • The item is returned without its original packaging — in this case, only a 70% refund will be issued.
